We would strongly recommend Big Foot Movers to anyone who is planning a move. To anyone who has ever faced a challenging move, you know that Murphy's Law will come into play. But with Mike Bavuso and his team at Big Foot Moving, Murphy did not have a chance.
A set of unplanned events put us in a position of needing to move 5 days from the initial phone call to Big Foot Moving. One phone call to Mike, and the crew were scheduled and confirmed that day. Then boxes and moving materials were delivered to our door the following day as promised. The day arrived, and it was 95 degrees and humid as only Boston can be. Mike's team showed up on time and had to move us into a fifth floor apartment with an old elevator that could not accommodate much of the move. Mike's team never wavered or complained - they showed up on time, worked quickly and diligently under these difficult conditions until the job was done. They took as much care with our belongings as we would have. Thank you, Big Foot, for making a difficult situation as seamless and painless as possible!

I've been out of college for twenty years, and probably moved 10 times. I never before remembered a mover's name or the experience (unless it was bad,which it was frequently).

Mike is the first person in my life to giving moving a "Brand Name."

I want to say that within six months, I had to arrange two moves; one for my office (from Brighton to Watertown) and one for my home (from Newton to Needham). I used Mike Bavuso for both, and I COULD NOT HAVE CHOSEN WISER. He is organized, friendly and efficient. He came in on time and under budget in both cases.

I could go on about how previous movers have left me in the lurch; taken long, unexplained breaks; given me estimates that don't reflect the real staff and move-time expectations; had bad attitudes; broken things or otherwise acted with neglect; but why should I?

Our moving day went so smoothly with Big Foot Moving. Big Foot put us at ease from the moment we spoke to them. They were right on time, knew how to wrap furniture, knew how to move big pieces at the perfect angle so things glided through doorways, and they loaded the truck so nothing seemed to move an inch. Big Foot even knew how to get our furniture through a narrow staircase with ease.
